What happens next

From first email to written findings

  • Day 1 — reply. A short response confirming who’ll be looking after this and a couple of times for a 20-minute call.
  • Discovery call. What you run, what hurts, what’s coming. No pitch deck.
  • Assessment. A structured look at assets, network, security, backups and licensing — remote, on-site, or both.
  • Written findings. Risks, quick wins and a costed roadmap. Yours to keep either way.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Are you a fit for a small team?

Yes. We work with organisations from a handful of people up to multi-site enterprises. The tooling is the same; the scope and the price scale with you.

We already have an internal IT person. Does that rule us out?

The opposite. Co-managed agreements are one of our most common arrangements — we cover after-hours, specialist work and holidays, and your internal team keeps ownership.

Do we have to move everything at once?

No. Most relationships start with one project or one problem area. Migrations are staged, and nothing moves until a rollback plan exists.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes, and the written findings are yours regardless of whether you engage us. If the honest recommendation is to keep your current provider, we’ll say that.

Can you take over from an existing provider?

Routinely. We handle the documentation gathering, credential transfer and tooling swap, and run both environments in parallel until the handover is clean.
